Licensed Cosmetologist
Heather boasts 18 years of stylist experience, receiving extensive training under Toni & Guy in Los Angeles and Las Vegas! Heather attended TIGI Academy's advanced training in Dimensional Coloring, Layering and Cutting from 2008 to 2015 in New York City. She also received advanced training in Modern Classic Color from the TIGI Academy.
Heather specializes in updating client's styles with edgy cuts, and dimension color. She excels in corrective color.
Becky Ange
Licensed Stylist
Becky has over 14 years of styling experience and graduated from Paul Mitchell Academy. She attended the TIGI Academy's advanced training in Dimensional Coloring, Layering and Cutting from 2008 to 2015 in New York City. Becky also serves as a National Educator for Alfaparf Milano!
Becky is licensed in Keratin Fusion Hair Extensions and Thinning Hair Enhancement. Since graduating, Becky has attended over 32 continuing education courses. She has extensive experience in color correction, multi-dimensional color, and innovative highlighting techniques, as well as custom cuts.
Kelly Oltman
Salon Director
Kelly has been a part of Headlines Salon for 18 years with over 20 years in the industry. Working as a stylist assistant and everything in between she has been our Salon manager for almost 10 years. Kelly enjoys managing day to day operations and loves getting to know our clients while keeping our Salon family running. She has a passion for people and this business and looks forward to helping you schedule all of your hair needs.
Tara Zimmerman
Licensed Cosmetologist
With 12 years of experience, Tara's specialties include multi-dimensional color and classic cuts. Her attention to detail and passion for unique designs will have you looking lustrous. She attended the Graham Webb Academy and received a 7-day advanced education with Vidal Sassoon in Los Angeles.
Tara also received and advanced education with Redken Cutting Class in New York City, as well as Aveda Color in D.C., and Bumble & Bumble Razor Cutting in New York City.
Tara also received an in-house education with Goldwell Color and Well Color & Haircuts.

Licensed Cosmetologist
MeMe has been a stylist for over 15 years. She graduated from Delmarva Beauty Academy and attended Framesi Color College. MeMe specializes in creating individualized styles using color, highlights, and custom haircuts as well as special occasion hair. She is also licensed in SoCap hair extensions. Suzi Lowery

Suzi graduated from Empire Beauty School in Scranton, PA and has over 15 years of experience in the hair industry. She attended Paul Mitchell Academy and received her teaching license. Suzi moved to Maryland with years of experience behind her including working as a manager of Cosmoprof Beauty Supply as well as a stylist behind the chair. Her knowledge of professional products, color, and haircuts along with her personal attention to what you want will give you the look you desire.
Christy Murphyrt
With over 21 years in the industry, Christy excels in the latest beauty trends. Christy has trained with many of the top global educators and is always expanding her professional skills. She has had advanced training with Redken, TIGI, Unite, Alphaparf, Bumble and Bumble as well as Schwarzkopf in Baltimore, Florida, California, and New York City. She loves the craft of making her guest feel good about themselves after every visit in her chair.

Kelly a local girl, graduated from Delaware Learning Institute and has fourteen years experience in the beauty industry. She has achieved amazing results with her Brazilian Blowout certification and has a loyal following of Hot Heads hair extensions. Listening to her clients, understanding their wants and concerns and then using her technical knowledge, Kelly has attained a level of sophistication you will love.
Amanda Millert
Amanda's perspective on creating a unique look using your life style and fashion choices will have you looking fabulous. She has been a stylist for twelve years with advanced education in coloring techniques and certification in hair extensions.
